1. Minimum Age Requirement

  • The primary driver (hirer) must be at least 21 years old at the time of rental.
  • Adding an additional driver is permitted for an extra charge of AED 300.

 

2. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit of AED 5,000 is required and can be paid via cash, debit, or credit card.
  • This deposit will be held for 21 working days to account for any potential traffic fines, which typically take this long to be reflected in the UAE’s official traffic system.

 

3. No Deposit Option

  • A non-refundable fee of AED 5 0 0 can be paid as an alternative to the security deposit.
  • This fee can be settled via credit card.

(Please note: opting for this does not waive responsibility for fines, damage, or fuel charges.)

 

4. Traffic Fines & Charges

  • All traffic violations incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the hirer.
  • Fines will be provided via official government portals.
  • A processing fee of AED 100–500 will be applied for each fine.
  • Zeus Luxury Car Rental reserves the right to deduct the amount for fines, damages, or fuel discrepancies from the security deposit.

 

5. Vehicle Use Restrictions Our vehicles must not be used for:

  • Racing or racetrack activities
  • Off-road or desert driving
  • Driving in flooded areas
  • Safari tours
  • Towing or jump-starting other vehicles

 Other Notes:

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) is not covered by insurance for luxury vehicles in Dubai.
  • The car must be returned with the same fuel level; otherwise, a refueling charge will apply.
  • Daily mileage is limited to 250 km per day. Additional kilometers will be charged as per the rental agreement.

 

6. Accidents or Damages

  • In the event of accidents, damage, or scratches, the hirer must not attempt to repair or take the vehicle to any garage without prior written approval from Zeus Luxury Car Rental.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications may lead to additional charges.

 

7. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A cleaning and deodorizing fee of AED 2,500 will be charged if this policy is violated.
